Bhut Jolokia Chocolate

Bhut Jolokia (Ghost pepper) is exceptionally hot. The heat value of our Bhut Jolokia is between 700,000 and 1,000,000 Scoville heat units. The peppers can measure up to 3.3 inches in length and up to 1.2 inches wide. They have rough, thin skin, and are conical or sub-conical in shape.

This super-hot pepper received its ghoulish name from the delayed spiciness that sneaks up and surprises with its powerful heat, sometimes lingering in the throat and mouth for up to thirty minutes after pepper consumption.

The ghost pepper is available in flakes and powder form and packed in 85 grams and bulk bag quantities for wholesale supplies.
