Lemon Drop Chili Pepper

Lemon Drop pepper or Ají Limón, is a hot, citrus-like, lemon-flavored pepper with 15,000-30,000 Scoville heat units. A popular seasoning pepper in Peru where it is known as qillu uchu.

The lemon drop is a cone pepper that is around 60 mm long and 12 mm wide with some crinkling, starts green and turn yellow at maturity.

The Chili is available in 85 grams and different packages for bulk quantities of powder for wholesale supplies.
